Diane
It is with sadness that I share about the passing of Diane Turchetta on October 1. Diane was a member of the House in the Woods Farm harvest team this year. Although you did not cross paths with her, she was on the farm every Wednesday, seeding trays of produce, planting and harvesting for your shares. Diane jumped right into the farm adventure, tasting new vegetables and learning how it all grows. Diane loved to bake and often brought brownies and pies and rhubarb cake for the team. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer just a few weeks before her passing. We will miss her on the harvest team and we wanted to share a bit of her farm love and positive spirit with the rest of the CSA community.
